CORE/AB POWER  (FORREST YOGA®)
10 week series - barbara & shankara
Tone your abdomen, strengthen your back, and create a strong center. Transform the body through breath, go deep into internal organs to release toxins, and bring freedom and fluidity into your body. This series targets often neglected muscle groups. A strong core will help you avoid injuries. A great compliment to your regular yoga practice. All levels.
$110/session; $190/two sessions - registration required

THERAPEUTIC RESTORATIVE YOGA  NEW SERIES
6 week series - karen sevenoff
Unlike today's more vigorous yoga styles this therapeutic, restorative (viniyoga) class will focus on creating softness and ease in the body using deep, slow, relaxed breathing. The movement is physical therapy, simple and repetitive, designed to ease pain and stiffness and is accessible to all ages and levels of fitness

HEALTHY LIFESTYLES
8 week series - shankara
A seminar class for those seeking to more permanently establish a life of balance and harmony - both on and off the yoga mat. Drawing from the ancient wisdom of yoga along with a wide array of techniques from Western psychology, students will be able to create the necessary foundation to move toward a more rewarding life. Explore both the internal and external barriers to living holistically and how to overcome them. Participants in this series will receive the inspiration and support to make positive changes in their lives. Barbara Ruzansky will be leading one class on the role of food and healing. Physical yoga postures will be performed only during week 2, no experience necessary.
$175 /series - registration required

TEEN POWER
6 week series - corrina richards
Yoga designed specifically for teenage girls and guys. This class will help teens develop strong bodies, calm minds and greater self-confidence as they deal with every day stresses and life challenges. All levels,  girls and guys welcome. No experience necessary. A great alternative or adjunct to school sports.
$75 /series; $15 /drop-ins

INTRO TO YOGA I
8  Week Series/6 Week Series

This introduction to the fundamentals of yoga will teach you correct alignment, breathing and relaxation techniques. Increase flexibility as you strengthen, tone, and revitalize your body. INTRO TO YOGA II
8 Week Series
For students who have completed our "Intro to Yoga" series and want to continue to the next level. We will explore and examine the basic postures more deeply, as well as introduce new postures. Please note: Registered students are allowed one make up class per series, for missed classes. A make up class can be chosen from any class on the schedule. Sign-in as a drop in, indicating "series makeup", at front desk.
