Yoga, Chanting and Meditation

Discover and develop the ancient practices of Yoga, Chanting
and Sitting Meditation. These practices are powerful and
beneficial to every aspect of your life. Traditionally yoga
was practiced to prepare you for sitting meditation. In this
class you will learn chanting and practice yoga poses to help
prepare you for sitting meditation. Class will include time
for your questions and for discussion.
Jonathan has been a student of zen meditation for 30 years. He
was Ana Forrest’s co-teacher and assistant for workshops and
teacher trainings for many years. He brings great humor and
sensitivity to his teaching.
