West Hartford Yoga is a warm and welcoming yoga center in Central Connecticut where people gather to embrace the spirit of yoga and holistic healing. Whether your goals include reducing stress, challenging your body, or committing to better health, WHY offers a relaxing and supportive environment. With over 65 classes a week—Power, Hot, Gentle, Yin, Kundalini, and Restorative —our exceptional teachers combine adept instruction with creativity, compassion, and humor, making WHY the perfect place for beginning and experienced yogis alike. Over the years, we have been privileged to host many gifted national teachers such as Ana Forrest, Jill Miller, Tias Little, Sarah Powers, and Seane Corn. We offer a 200-hour WHY Power Yoga teacher training along with a variety of specialty classes, series, and workshops including prenatal, WHY Kids, WHY Special Needs Kids, and meditation. We have a Healing Arts program, with skilled massage therapists and holistic healers who can help enhance your yoga practice, heal your body, and guide you towards greater well being. Visit our café for locally brewed coffee, nutritious beverages, or healthy snacks, then wander into our boutique for a wide selection of clothing, yoga props, books, and handcrafted jewelry. But our greatest achievement is the amazing WHY community! Whether you’re new to the studio or a regular yogi, you will find a home at West Hartford Yoga. |
