Our 300-hour program brings together talented and experienced instructors who have been practicing, training, and teaching for decades. WHY has been a leader among yoga studios in Connecticut and New England for 25 years. We have offered a 200-hour teacher training for the last 15 years, as well as a variety of other trainings, including Yin, Restorative, Trauma, Ashtanga, Kids Yoga, Yoga4Cancer, Prison Yoga Project, Therapeutic Yoga, and Reiki.

This hands-on training will promote an individualized learning experience, while also supporting every student in finding their authentic voice and developing strong leadership skills both on and off the mat. Everyone will be encouraged to tap into their unique gifts so they can make a positive impact in their communities.

Our 300-hour program includes basic and advanced hands-on assists to further your knowledge and confidence in supporting students. You will establish a stronger foundation for assisting and building trust through physical connection.

- Payment Plan Pricing: $3400There is a $525 non-refundable deposit with the submission of your application. Tuition must be paid in full by October 31, 2025.
*Price includes the 5 Intensive Modules, comprehensive teacher training manual, and monthly handouts. The supporting and elective modules are priced separately.

A refund of tuition paid for the 5 Intensive Modules, less the $525 non‐refundable deposit, will be issued for cancellations made no later than October 24, 2025. No refunds, credits or transfers are available for cancellations after this date. Please understand our cancellation policy is firm and we cannot make exceptions.

There will be approximately 40 hours of independent study, which includes homework, reading, class critiques, practice teaching, and practice adjusting.

• The following trainings completed at WHY in 2023 or 2024 will satisfy certain requirements: Yin Yoga Training, Restorative Yoga Training, and Trauma Informed Training
• If you are interested in taking an off-site 20-hour training to fulfill part of the elective requirement, please send program information to info@westhartfordyoga. Approval by WHY teacher training staff is required.

Advanced Anatomy and the Subtle Energy Body
