This weekend immersion is designed to deepen your understanding of Ayurveda and its application within the context of yoga teaching. Ayurveda, the "science of life," offers a holistic framework that complements and enhances the practice of yoga, providing a personalized and seasonal approach to wellness. By integrating Ayurvedic principles, you can guide your students toward a more balanced, mindful, and health-supportive practice.
COURSE HIGHLIGHTS
Introduction to Ayurveda: Gain an overview of Ayurvedic philosophy, including its fundamental principles, such as the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) and the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).
